Our Curriculum
Our Concept of Islamic Education
Universally accepted, Islamic Education has no segregation between “religious” and “secular” knowledge. It aims at developing the entire human aspects; physically, intellectually & spiritually. It up brings child on his nature (Fitrah) and educates him / her to play his roles as: the servant of God; His vicegerent; and as a responsible citizen of the country.
Our Concept of Curriculum
It is not limited to text books but it is a wide concept covers the whole body of knowledge, pedagogy and learning process experienced by a student that have been planned formally and systematically according to the levels of students.
Need of Integrated Curriculum
“Islamic integrated curricula is essential in-developing every aspect of human potentials and producing a well-balanced being. The development of mental, physical, emotional, ethical and aesthetical aspects cannot be enhanced without the process of Islamic integration in the education system.” – Ghazali Basri (A Malaysian Educationalist).
The Islamic curriculum is based on Quran and Sunnah. We have shariah board which approves the curriculum and train the teachers. The curriculum teaches basics of Islam. We don’t follow a particular Maslak (school of thought). We teach all unity of Ummah and to struggle for establishment of Islam in individual and collective life. However all the children and their parents are free to follow their own school of thought (Maslak). Al Hamdulilah Ulema of various schools of thought (Masalik) have visited our school examined our system and curriculum and appreciated our policy.
Kindergarten
The Kindergarten comprises of Nursery, L.K.G and U.K.G. and admits children aged 3 years and above.
Primary Section
The Primary section comprises of classes from Grade I to Grade X. The minimum age for entry into Class I is 6 years
Secondary Section
The Secondary section comprises of Grades VI to VIII, This Section is only for girls
What We Teach

Practical Life ActivitiesOpen or Close
Practical life materials and exercises help children to gain concentration, physical coordination (fine motor skills), self esteem, courtesy, grace, sense of responsibility and independence by performing daily tasks, of self care and care of the environment. Some of the exercises include pouring, scooping, sorting, dressing activities, dusting and other general clean up. It also includes lessons in polite manners, such as folding hands, sitting on a chair, walking in line, etc.

Quran & Islamic StudiesOpen or Close
In sha Allah, we will be doing 5 Surah hifz for every child in every standard. We also emphasize on developing their tarbiyath by teaching them the basis of aqaaid (faith), ibaadah (worship), akhlaaq (character), deeni-taleem (knowledge) and mu'aa-sharah (community relations) all on the basis of Quran and Sahih Hadeeths only./p>

SensorialOpen or Close
In this area children explore a range of materials and activities that develop the sensory-motor capabilities of the five senses. The child develops critical thinking skills and as well as the ability to focus and to classify items. The children learn to order, classify, and describe sensory impressions in a relation to various attributes such as length, temperature, mass, color, shape, sound, etc.

MathematicsOpen or Close
This area focuses on the fundamental skills needed for success in mathematics. The child is given Montessori math material to manipulate that allow him/her to internalize concepts such as numeration, place value, sequence operations, etc. The students learn linear counting and recognition of numerals, which then leads into simple addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division concepts to ensure a solid math fundamentals before the child enters primary school.

LanguageOpen or Close
In this area, children are introduced to oral language activities, pre-reading work, writing and reading comprehension. The Montessori language materials provide experiences to develop use of writing instrument and basic skills of reading a written language.

Science & GeographyOpen or Close
The cultural and science exercises focus on the studies of man and his relationship with the environment.
In this area, the study begins with the introduction of terms such as land, air, and water. Then progresses through the names of continents, countries, and states through hands-on exercises with colored maps, puzzles, globes and flags.
